Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the product, we have carefully weighed each product to give you the best possible postage cost rather then using a flat rate.

The best way to find out how much your postage will be is to add the items to your cart and follow the checkout process. Most orders are under 0.5 kg. So the average postage costs are normally less than £2.75.

All orders received before 10am will normally be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary depending upon where you live and the delivery service that you choose during the checkout procedure. The shipping costs will be displayed before you are asked to provide your credit/debit card details. If your order is placed after 10.00am (GMT), on a weekend or a bank holiday your order will be shipped on the next working day.

All items are sent recorded and need to be signed for.

Any orders made over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, as Royal Mail and Parcel Force do not collect from us over the weekend. Orders placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until Monday as Royal Mail and Parcel Force do not deliver over weekends and may add extra days to your delivery.

The courier we use is Parcel Force, this is the best option to choose if you would like to track your order throughout the delivery.

If you choose the Royal Mail option, the items can only be tracked once the parcel has ether been signed for or had an attempted delivery.

Please note that the priority service is not available for those in Northern Ireland
