Please allow 7 days for your order to turn up, if your order hasn't arrived within 7 days please contact us, sometimes deliveries may take a little longer due to weekends and bank holidays, Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 10am will normally be dispatched the following working day unless there is a problem with the stock.

If an item happens to be damaged in transit please photograph the damaged item & packaging and email the photos to email@example.com please quote your order reference number in the email and keep hold of any damaged items and packaging as they may be needed for collection.We will advise you of any future action needed. Please inform us ASAP or within 7 days of recipt.

We currently are able to deliver our products to: UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man. Sorry we are unable to deliver to any countries that are not on this list at this time.
Items Lost In The Post
If your order is lost in the post we are covered and can only claim after 15 working days have passed. Please contact us if you haven't received your order. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have a problem with a product please photograph the defect and send the photos to email@example.com, we'll send the photos to the suppliers as they sometimes accept the photos as proof and don't require the product back. We'll email you back with the response and send you a new item if required. Our defect rate is less than 0.001%
