This is an all time best seller. Use Grapefruit seed extract to gargle or take a few drops in Water or juice. Also use as a mouthwash. Ideal for travelling, especially where Water may be contaminated.

Not for citrus allergy sufferers. Never use undiluted. If contact occurs, flush with Water for 10 minutes. Irritation is temporary.

Suggested intake:
By mouth: Take 4-12 drops in a glass of Water or juice, between meals, 1-3 times a day, (children over 8 years, half dose).
Mouth rinse/gargle: Take 4-12 drops in a glass of Water.
Skin, facial or scalp care: Take 4-12 drops in a tablespoon of Water, or Shampoo.
